At Future Living, we’re dedicated to enhancing the lives of people with developmental disabilities through personalized, high-quality services. We partner with case managers from the Ability Alliance of West Alabama to make sure every individual has access to the support and opportunities they need. Our person-centered approach focuses on practical solutions, meaningful experiences, and innovative options tailored to each individual’s goals and strengths. About Donna

Donna Foster is the Owner and Director of Future Living Community Services and a licensed nurse with more than 30 years of healthcare experience. She serves as Vice Chair of the Alabama Mental Health Board of Trustees, where she has been appointed three times by the Governor to help strengthen mental health services across the state. Donna is active in the community with the People’s Loan Program, the Tuscaloosa County Democratic Party, the Alabama Democratic Conference, the Southern Christian Leadership Conference, and Beulah Baptist Church. She also organizes the annual Martin Luther King Unity March, reflecting her deep commitment to equity, justice, and community connections.

About Jaylin

Jaylin Foster is the Executive Assistant for Future Living Community Service. A graduate of the University of Alabama, Jaylin resides in Atlanta and expertly manages the organization's online presence and, technical support and administrative paperwork. Beyond her administrative duties, Jaylin is a dedicated substitute teacher for grades K-12 and a talented makeup artist passionate about enhancing people's confidence. Prior to becoming Executive Assistant, Jaylin served as a caregiver with Future Living Community Service for eight years. A member of Impact Church, she actively seeks opportunities to contribute to the community.
